I have been practicing massage since graduating from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2003.  My massages are therapeutic and relaxing, tending towards medium to deep pressure, but customized according to the client's preference.  The main therapeutic techniques I incorporate into my sessions are myofascial release, cross fiber friction, trigger point therapy, stretching, and some of the deeper Swedish strokes.

Being able to do what you love for a living is wonderful and I feel truly lucky to be able to practice bodywork, as it endlessly fascinating.  There is always more to learn.  I enjoy working with many different types of people, whether they are desk jockeys (I was one for 6 years and understand the neck, shoulder and lower back issues), athletes, or people suffering from chronic illness.  There is nothing more rewarding than helping to ease or eliminate someone's pain.

 
I have been attuned to Reiki since 1998 and a Reiki master since 2007. As a Reiki master I can give healing attunements as part of a Reiki session, to deepen the healing.  I also incorporate Reiki in to massages, particularly when I am holding a trigger point, but it flows automatically at other times, when there is a need.  Reiki massages are also an option, in which half of the session is Reiki and half is massage.

Base price is $75/$110, there is an additional $25 travel and set up fee that can be split between multiple clients.
